      <title>Porting not complete</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I registered 2 phones a week ago (sunday) and their ports weren't successful. I've sent an email and pm'd the mods here with the message still saying "not read". Not sure how long we're supposed to wait for a reply, but i'd say a week is plenty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At the time I gave them my pin# but I guess it wasn't enough information because I ended up getting a text asking for more information so I replied with the account#, imei, and pin# but nothing else has been done and never got a porting confirmation text.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I found it kind of strange for them to ask for only 1 piece of information out of the 3. Brought over 5 phones one by one from rogers and provided the imei for those, but with the last 2 I provided only the pin and seems that's where it all went wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
