      <title>Request for more information from PM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;Mods and other PM staff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate you are very busy and have been for some time. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Also, it cannot be a surprise to you how frustrated some folks are getting. &amp;nbsp; However, I wonder if&amp;nbsp;there are some opportunities for better communication here. &amp;nbsp; My wife and I switched over to PM on my recommendation, but we've been without service for more than a week now. &amp;nbsp; I'm trying to keep her appraised of what's happening and when we can expect service, but I have precious little information to go on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've taken to following Mods accounts on the community forums, just trying to figure out if they're active or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really think it would help if we could get an update from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/31"&gt;@Dave_M﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;every day or two - with some details about why the service interruptions are so severe, that would go a long way in letting people feel that something was happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no idea if PM is actually able to solve its problems or not right now, and I find myself wondering how long I should wait. &amp;nbsp; I've never had an experience like this before where a mobile provider is unable to provide mobile services (at least to me and my wife). &amp;nbsp; I've sent private messages and I've sent a tweet (because I heard those get faster responses), but there's no response and I feel very much in the dark.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can we get some status updates on how the&amp;nbsp;troubleshooting is going, and what the full scope of the problem is? &amp;nbsp; Maybe with some timelines on how long you expect until all these promo-related problems are fixed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'll tag &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt; since you've been waiting over a week, hopefully they can get to you tomorrow or Monday morning. I promise you the mods have been working hard to clear the backlog.&lt;BR /&gt;They've definitely been making progress and wait times definitely seem shorter lately. I know that doesn't help you.</description>
