      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I've sent two messages already and waiting since Nov 3. My text messages and data are associated with my old Rogers number and voice is with a new number because I needed to make calls. Please help or advise how I can get a refund. Thank you.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's obvious your port is stuck in limbo. With so many messages pilled on top of your Nov 3rd messages, I'd advise sending a message again.
