Can somebody help me get a refund?

I have tried to contact mods for a week now to no avail. I purchased two sim cards and they were shipped on the 7th. I still do not have them. Can I be refunded? Can anybody please help me? I've been trying to contact mods for a week and nobody is answering me, it is very unfortunate. No answers from PM's, tags. Etc.

Things are very backed up due to the recent promotion.

PM will honor the promotion for anyone who ordered SIMs during the window.

Mods will be able to help your track your package or dispatch more SIMs if needed.

As frustrating as it is you'll just have to wait.

Just keep a record of the original confirmation to prove the order date (or your credit card record).

You can request a second order if SIMs were lost in mail

Promo price will be honoured just make sure you mention first shipment number

Meanwhile, others only wish they had the opportunity to get the promo. These sims would qualify, once you get them.

Those sims would qualify for the promo. Maybe just be patient and you could sell them on Kijiji.

I've contacted Paypal. Enough is enough. Over 1 month and no sims and no help from mods.

I can see Shazia sent you a private message on December 7 about the issue with your SIM cards but you didn't answer 😕 I also see that (as an exception) the cost of the SIMs has been refunded back to you!
