I've ported my number from Wind a week ago but still no incoming calls and texts. Who should i contact to?

I would recommend you to do both. Please take note that at the moment, there's probably going to be a week long wait for fixing this issue. You can also try message public mobile through facebook.I had better luck with faster response there.

I am new to Public Mobile. Now i am waiting for porting but i need to know if signal coverege is good with Public Mobile. Anyone has idea?

Signal coverage is exactly identical to Telus/Koodo. Just ask around.
