My renewal was today. I use auto pay.

I was supposed to switch to the new 4GB plan, but something appears to have gone wrong.

What I see in self serve is "plan expired" and my account is suspended.

Was this a glitch? And what's he best way to resolve this and also ensure that I successfully switch to the new plan?

Thanks!

Other people have had this issue as well. I am hoping it is just a minor glitch as this could create a HUGE issue with the number of people that changed to is on their next renewal date. I think @Mary_M was looking to this for another member

hi

is your line still working?

if yes, this is just a faulty notification and all will be fine once you actually get charged the renewal fee which is usually midnights...mind, there have been reports, that the promo plan did not kick in ( as this was also my case ) but at least the line was active with all features and a few days later they corrected my plan from 6gb to 12 gb

cheers

hi..

did it stop working just today but was working yesterday? did you turn "roaming" on? by default most phones do not have roaming enabled ..you have to manually turn the slider to "enable roaming"

cheers

You might have to top up to get it working and then just get PM to fix the plan later. Pick the 6GB plan with provincial talk and global text. They'll change it to 12GB later
