      <description>Hi. Been on PM for 3 months with no issues. Then we upgraded to the promotional plan just before our renewal date, and all looked good. Except now no calling is possible, either way. Can someone please help with this! Thx.</description>

      <description>Pretty ridiculous. I really hope a Mod chimes in soon with help. Nice to have 4 gb of data, but not if the phone doesn't work!</description>
