    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi welcome to PM. unfortunately&amp;nbsp;due to the 14,000+ new customers in last 20 days of promo, there was a huge backlog dealing with unsuccessful&amp;nbsp;ports. issues have been taking up to 7 -10 days to fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as long as you sent the&amp;nbsp;mods the correct info they will get to your message. &amp;nbsp;does your old sim work, can you use that till the port is complete?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello, it seems like the only people getting responses are the ones creating threads. I've messaged every mod and have had no response, I've sent all mods my account number and phone number. Please correct this issue, getting very frustrated at this point.</description>

      <description>In some cases 7days are pretty average due to the backlog. So please be patient. You're lucky to have signed up for this plan.</description>

      <description>Thanks for your post. The issues that most people are experiencing are common activation and porting issues and they are due to the backlog which was caused by the large number of people signing up with PM for this plan.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe once your service is set up and works, there are no issues and the service and reception are great.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The reason I said that you're lucky to have this plan is, you can't get the same plan for the same price anywhere else and I know lots of people are still waiting and regrading not knowing about it and not signing up for this plan.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If anyone is still not satisfied and want to quickly get rid of their plan, I'll gladly take it form them if you please message me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.</description>

      <description>Yes Mana, were so lucky we get to pay for a service we don't get to use. We're also lucky that no one is updating us on when our issues will be resolved. So lucky we got this plan when other companies were matching the promo with service that actually works. I can't believe you think 7 days to get service is pretty average and we are lucky to be with them. I'd be happy if you send me $120 and take over my plan.</description>

      <description>You could actually sell it for more on eBay or Kijiji. They'll adjust the start date, you won't pay for anything you couldn't use.</description>
