    <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my promotion plan on 18th of November and by mistake I chose a wrong plan. But the activation failed so nothing has been working but my account is already charged. I messaged the mod but no one has got back to me yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please if anyone can help me either activate the sim with the correct plan or refund me since it has been so many days and it is getting a bit annoying now.
