      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello my question is that My plan expired today and I called *611. I did the payment of 35 dollar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't knew and another 33 dollar transfer was made though I know that my autopay is on but the problem is that I paid first myself. And it auto debit from my account of 33 dollar again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to get the other 33 dollar back? Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so you are better off just leaving the funds on your account. They will be used next month during renewal and your card WILL NOT be charged. To get a refund can take up to 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For future reference, on renewal days, as long as your service is still working ignore any warnings on the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need to contact a CSA click the chat bubble bottom right and follow the prompts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
