topic No telephone service! in Get Support

No telephone service!

By telephone service stopped working this morning! Text and Data works but incoming or outgoing call do not work (says I do not have a long distance plan). Also, the new 12GB plan did not take in effect for me. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

No, my renewal was on the 17th, which was applied

Have you tried a few different numbers. Maybe that number is out of province or something. It's very strange

Tried everything, no outgoing or incomiing calls (even voicemail)

You'll definitely need to send a message to a mod

I did, but i also contacted a mod last week regarding the update plan with no reply from them. At this point, im not optemistic with the mods 😞
