When I tried to email Public Phone using Contact Us email, it kept flagging, " your email does not match" so it won't let me send the email.

I'm getting the same error...and so at this point I can't get support for my account issue.

I just tested their contact us page, it requires me to enter my information to go further, Im getting the same issue that unable to authenticate.

However Im able to log into My Account using the SAME information.

Pretty sure many more have this issue.

Having this issue as well. Makes me wonder if this is typical "find out it doesn't work when you try to use it" kind of thing. Or is it caused by the same bug that caused me to lose service?

This information is useless I have been emailing and messaging MOD's for over a week now and have yet to even have one of my messages read let alone any sort of a reply from them. I understand that there was a large influx of new sign ups with the promotion but over a week and no response is bad business practices.
