Please help me complete my port. It has been a week and still no phone calls or texts received. I've messaged you and other mods with my phone number, name, sim number and old account number at wind. I've gone on Twitter and Facebook and still nothing. NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT MODS RECEIVED MY MESSAGE. I am a health care worker and switched over to pm from wind to get better coverage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When will this be resolved?&lt;BR /&gt;Will my activation period be reset once this is solved?&lt;BR /&gt;Any compensation for the lack of promised cellular service for which I was fully charged on day one?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any info would be appreciated...</description>

      <description>Do a search for Access Point Names. I had to create a new one on my phone to get incoming calls.</description>

&lt;P&gt;The port has failed due to the wrong info provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The port has been requested again, please allow at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for the port to complete. You will receive a text message saying that the port has completed and then simply reboot your phone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
