    <description>&lt;P&gt;APN should not matter for TXT (SMS) messages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APN only effects Pic/Vid (MMS) messages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you been able to receive any calls yet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few users with port issues have said they had no incoming, could do outgoing only?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
