      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have 4 cell phones on a single account with Telus and would like to port a single, specific number from Telus over to PM.&amp;nbsp; I'm new to the game and a little uneasy with all the porting issues that I've been reading on the forums.&amp;nbsp; Just looking for confirmation that people have successfully ported a single number from a Telus account containing multiple numbers over to PM.&amp;nbsp; Also, looking at screen shots showing the porting process, am I correct in assuming that the 'Check if your phone number is eligible' screen will be the number that is ported from a single&amp;nbsp; account with multiple phones?&amp;nbsp; Thanks very much for any help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I only ported one number over from Koodo (Telus)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are some steps you should follow:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pick a temporary number first so you're activated then port your number over later&lt;BR /&gt;Use a different e-mail adress than the one associated with your Telus/Koodo account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use the exact account number (no dashes)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Use the full name as its stated in your account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click the I am authroized button on the bottom of a page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please dont take my word for it though, even though it worked for me. Im sure other people will be more helpful&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I've done it in the past (not specifically to PM). &amp;nbsp;I used to have an account with 2 numbers and my brother wanted to switch to another carrier. &amp;nbsp;He ported out without any issue affecting the other account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
