    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the mods are still working on the backlog...but since it has been a week i would:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. either re-send a private message to one of the mods&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. if you have twitter, send them a tweet ( which i have heard gets a much faster reply )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Fido port incomplete has been almost 2 weeks, please help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to port over my phone number from Fido but the port has been incomplete for a week now, Both my sim cards have my number, but the Public Mobile sim can not receive any incoming messages/calls, only can send outgoing, my Fido sim works completely. I tried contacting the mods, but no reponse yet. Please help me fix this, my new cycle is in 4days for Fido and i do not want to be charged more!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its been almost 2 weeks now heard nothing.... tried messaging on twitter, private message, form post, support email.... my fido bill is about to renew in a couple hours.... can any mods help me get my port fixed/completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: Everything is fixed now, thanks mods!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
