Any thoughts about introducing a low usage (and a lower cost) plan, perhaps:

I'm after something for my parents, who are infrequent mobile users.

Perhaps you should try Koodo's $15 prepaid plan or Public's lowest tier 90 day plan for $111.

I need HEAVY data, low everthing else.

That is really just so I can stream music while driving.
