Porting solution that worked for me

I switched over to PM recent and my phone was not ported over but my account was created. I have been reading the disscussion boards looking for a solution wait for a mod to help or some one to resolve my ticket... like many I would have been waiting.. but I went looking and this worked for me so I wanted to share it as it might work for you.

If you have an account and your number didnt port over you may want to try the following...

Log into your account
Go to Plans and addons there should be a tab for add phone
Follow the steps, I would use the account number and the exact way your name is on the old provider. leave the other fields blank.
This may not work for everyone but it worked for me so I thought I would share.

I was going to try this but I don't see any tabs for add phone, only change plan and My add-ons. Thanks for sharing.

No tab for add phone in this menu.
