My family has 2 accounts and want to swap numbers

Yes, I know I can change almost everything about my personal information for my account, but I am just wondering if there is a way to swap numbers between 2 accounts without any of them loosing their promotional plan?

For example account A has number 647 123 1234

Account B has 647 222 2222

I want A to have 647 222 2222 and B to have 647 123 1234

The reason is that we accidentally mixed the two account up and we don't want to remember eachother's 4 digit PIN number, and that PIN number can't be changed.

If you want to change the PIN you can click on Get Help -> Contact Us Below -> Contact Us -> select "my account" and click next -> select "passwords" and click next -> "I need to reset my pin"

otherwise you'll have to private message a mod and see if they can do the swap for you.

Is the pin reset process automated? Cause seeing all the mods are super busy right now, this request will take a few thousand years to get to them...

hummus had right solution, change PINs is far easier

In general Public does not support number swapping (no carriers do today, Bell was the last where it was possible)

physically take the sim out of phone A, put it into B... take B sim and put into A.

The phone number is tied to the SIM CARD, not the phone.

I've never known my pin, hasn't been a problem.

If I swap, then it's true that we dont need to remember eachother's PIN, but he will have my number and I will have his number, which we like our original number more.

Problem is with the 4 digit pin that we need to remember.

I see, I guess I've never needed it. I've added vouchers via 611 and didn't need a pin.

If I were the customer, I wouldn't try this. I don't see any reason for it and I think it's asking for trouble. It would be far easier just to change/reset the PIN on each account, and then you can just change the name on each account. And if the account is a family member's, that's usually even less of reason to try to do this.
