      <description>&lt;P&gt;Before proceeding further, I would wait, as you were told it could take up to 7 BUSINESS days and it has only been 5. &amp;nbsp;95% of people in this community are fully satisfied, or even more than satisfied by the services provided by PM. &amp;nbsp;You need to understand that this smaller-scale company is dealing with back log due to the immense traffic from the promo. &amp;nbsp;I understand your frustration (I've dealth with simillar frustration with my past carrier), but making these posts wont help you. &amp;nbsp;This is something you have to deal with one-on-one personally (via PM) with a mod. &amp;nbsp;Thanks! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
