      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, &amp;nbsp;some one in PUBLIC helps me out. &amp;nbsp; I activated PUBLIC SIM card last Thursday, and able to make call, but no incoming call. &amp;nbsp;All incoming call and SMS are routed to my old WIND phone. &amp;nbsp;I filed a request on Saturday (provided WIND account, SIM card number...etc), but get zero response from PUBLIC at this time. &amp;nbsp;I also sent private message to one of the moderator, and also get no response. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I desperately&amp;nbsp;need to have this phone working ASAP.... Please help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My case number is 5881-6054&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for everyone's help. &amp;nbsp;I switch to PUBLIC because&amp;nbsp;WIND has poor coverage in GTA, and Ontario. &amp;nbsp; I will be travelling soon, and really need to have the phone working, &amp;nbsp; Hope PUBLIC will resolve my issue ASAP.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
