I ported on Saturday and I am still unable to recieve any calls or text messages, however data works

Are you able to make calls? Do you still have your old sim, if you do put it in and see if you have full service with it still. Sounds like you are hung up in the porting process and I would *if working* run with my old sim until you can get in touch with a MOD to get your port fully completed.

Extactly the same problem my old SIM card from virgin still have full service function. So far I had my old SIM card in my phone and sent a MOD a message but didn't get answer yet
