Hi, first time posting.

I got the text message saying my plan switched to the 12gb promo but now I'm not seeing it as switched in my profile. Help! Ripping through data thinking I had it but it's a disaster!

Hi @Bolzicco,

You've come across a known glitch in the system. You will need to contact a public mobile mod to get this sorted out. Hopefully with their announcement today of more hands on deck, they can get toyour problem as soon as possible.
