From there just go through the options and eventually you'll get to an email option. Typically you will need to email your old account's account number, and IMEI of the phone you used on that account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently, someone from Public Mobile has to call SpeakOut in order to port my number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It has been over 40 hours, and nothing has been done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used up my SpeakOut credit, so I can't really use my phone now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry but the port has failed due to the wrong IMEI # provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want the port to go through and complete, then I would recommend calling your previous service provider and get the account #.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please send it to me once you have it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
