@Emilymisener1 Login to My Account, make sure a credit card is setup on the account. Then at Payment tab, click Registered for Autopay (or Manage Autopay)

Once done, you will start saving $2/month from next bill

Click on Manage my card to register your payment card then click on Manage Autopay:

Edit: Once you've registered a payment card, you can toggle Autopay on/off by calling 611 on your phone (or 18554public from another phone) . You'll need your account PIN though.

Have you registered for a Self Serve account yet? If not, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Then find the PAYMENT tab and enter a valid card for Autopay.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and check

Rewards. It's listed there. Tap it and agree.
