Activated on Wednesday evening. No incoming call, no long distance and charged me $210 plus tax for one month. Can't even login. Email address not recognized. Don't know what to do. Send many messages to moderator. Still waiting for a response. So frustrating.

They just announced today that they have more people working on all of the issues. Hopefully they can get to your issue asap.
