      <title>My e-mail is rejected when I try to get a new password</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 numbers for my 2 doughters and I use 2e-mails. The first one is working. When I try to login using the second e-mail I get "your login failed. please try again". I try "forgot a password" but I get the same message. I know well my e-mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tryed fill the help form, filled in all the questions but the "next" buttom never active,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Clearing cache/cookies may work too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
