      <title>SIM card activation failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried activating my SIM, after all the info was submitted I received an error message saying the activation failed and to visit the community for help. I tried visiting the community but there's nothing that can help. It would be great if there could be a more detailed error message to explain what's going on. It looks like the transaction was processed but the activation failed. When I tried to activate again it said the SIM card has been taken...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is not a good start to switching phone companies. and it looks like this error happens often. I wasn't porting a phone number, just a simple new activation.&amp;nbsp;Someone please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
