    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you know if your old sim is still active?&amp;nbsp; It is a little strange but still sounds like you are stuck mid port.&amp;nbsp; I would try your old sim and as bad as it sounds if it is still active run with it until this issue is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ported over yesterday last night and I received a text from PM and it said it was fine.&lt;BR /&gt;The data worked but now I cannot send or receive texts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Originally I could send texts but not receive but nothing is working now for that. I can make a phone which goes through though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can provide my sim # and old account #&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It shows on my Usage history that I am texting #'s but they are not receiving anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The old sim is still in my old phone and shows Rogers and it will receive the text messages,&amp;nbsp;however I was able to message from the new phone yesterday but now I can't do that either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who will resolve the issue? Should I forward it someone else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
