    <description>I agree! The Mods should post a common problems thread and list out approximate wait times. I don't even know if they've seen my email/pm and are working to resolve the problem or simply ignored it. You see ppl on the forums posting about no reply for days, even just a quick reply saying "we're swamped and we know your problem and will work on it" will be an indication of service.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would really be appreciated if a moderator, could please post a update on whats going on with failed activatiions, I have been waiting 4 days now for a reply, my credit card has been charged, but cant access webpage, cant use phone, porting is in limbo......PLEASE we all realize there is a huge problem, but someone needs to post something telling us it is being worked on or whatever. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
