      <title>Porting Issue With Virgin Mobile</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to port a number from Virgin Mobile without any success.&amp;nbsp; I entered my VM account number, my alternate phone.&amp;nbsp; At VM, my account was shared with someone else and I think he is the primary account owner there.&amp;nbsp; So in the authorization name field, I entered his name.&amp;nbsp; But the attempted failed.&amp;nbsp; Then I tried to enter my name as the authorization name but it failed as well.&amp;nbsp; In both cases, when I pressed the 'Confirm', it immediately returned with the '&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;You must be authorized to transfer this phone number&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;' error.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know how I can port over the phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
