    <description>&lt;P&gt;you didn't pass the credit check!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you can't , you can't port your number to Koodo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it means you are still PM user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but why do you have problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just put the sim card in your phone and use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Koodo is post paid system, they want to know the credit of newbie.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So they want to check Driver license and Credit Card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you don't have above, you should ask your parents and open their name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is simple and ease.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;good luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If they did not port your number you are still on PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF they did port your number you are with Koodoo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just signing up with Koodo does nothing to your account until you port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
