      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan just expired. I want to change cheaper plan and I already top up enough money. but when I choose a plan I want to change and the bottom below changed to top up to reactivate plan. I can't change it. Anyone knows what's this situation? thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
