    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer porting my number from Bell Aliant to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; I received a text stating that there are difficulties with my request to move to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; It suggests to go to the website, click on 'Contact Us' and complete the SIM &amp;amp; Activation online form.&amp;nbsp; I attempted filling out the form again but I can't because my SIM and email are already registered.&amp;nbsp; I am in need of assistance please.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheryl&lt;/P&gt;</description>
