Future date for fall plan failed

Hello,

I had set to future date for the 12gb fall promo plan which was suppose to happen today but it didn't work. Instead it renew for the old plan which is the 4gb 120 dollar plan. I have autopay setup. How can I change the plan now?

It's a known bug in the system right now. You will have to contact a mod through private message or use the contact us form to create a ticket.

Sigh, nothing has ever gone right for me with PM everythign is a strugle. Whom would I be able to contact to help me?
