We just found it interesting that it listed Koodo in the APN, when we have only ever been with Telus! I hadn't heard of APNs before today, so I learned something new!

Hi!

I wanted to pass this along in case anyone else was having trouble. My phone worked like a charm, but my husband'a didn't have data. The rest of it worked for him - phone, wifi connection, etc

I found a fix from 2015 about checking the APN settings in the settings menu of the iPhone and for some reason his apn settings were set as Koodo. We have never been a Koodo customer so that was strange!

But we replaced the all of Koodo with MB as suggested in the post and voila it worked

Glad you found that info.

Any time data isn't working, one of the first things you should check is the APN settings. I think there's a sticky over the Getting Started.

Also remember to check and remove iPhone carrier profile configuration (Settings > General > Profile), especially if you are from Wind.
