    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I accidental made a double payment and contacted admin (Syed) says I cannot get a refund for one of the payments. He did not even offer me an alternative solution and just put a wall up. What kind of Customer service are you providing public mobile?? I've only had just over one month of service and I've paid nearly $300 for service??&lt;BR /&gt;I had signed up in October and then changed my plan to take advantage of the promo that was recently offered. All I wanted to do is change my plan and be able to use it asap.&lt;BR /&gt;I've read on past posts here that this seems to be an issue already with other people. Please help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you sign up in Oct. and when did you change to the new promo plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got the double payment issue too, once everything is up and running double check with your CC statement/bank account again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the charge doesn't go away notify CC and they'll take care of I guess.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
