      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you were on a different plan than $15 then change plan first and then pay for $15 plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Account should be good standing and able to receive Text to authorize the port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
