      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/14648"&gt;@Shutdown&lt;/a&gt;, If you have completed your port to Koodo, and now want to port back to PM, I think you should be fine, even if using the same email address.&amp;nbsp; Just keep in mind that&amp;nbsp;*IF* you are on Koodo prepaid, you will need to start with a different email address, and then need moderator assistance to change email on file for your new PM account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I go to forgot my password it says "ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled" which leads me to think it's just disabled. If I enter another email that isn't there it says "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It means your old account is still in the system. Mods might be able to delete the old account so that you can re use the email address&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
