Credit card charged twice.

Hello,
 
I had an error message come up when I tried to sign up for the 120.00$ promo on November 17, 2016. It indicated that I would not be charged for the failed application. I re-attempted the application and my phone was activated but my credit card was charged twice.  I have called my bank and confirmed that two payments have gone through. My account has not been credited with the second 120.00$ payment. I would rather not post account information.
 
Would it be easier for you to credit my account or should I dispute the first charge with my bank?

This also happened to me. Got a call from visa fraud prevention asking me about two charges from public mobile when there should only be 1. Can a mod help me out with this as well?

I have the same problem as well.

Charged twice on card, hopefully @Shazia_K or any of the mods can help us out.

I have been charged twice as well. I signed up for the $120.00 promo on November 14th and my simcard was activated. However, After checking my credit card balance it shows that I paid for this transaction twice.

Please help
