Are you saying that sim card does not fit on your iphone? Or you are not getting any service?

I don't really understand your issue, but I just got one of those 3 in 1 SIM Cards.

I have the iPhone 5s and I used the Nano punchout.

If you clarify your concern it would be easier for us to find an answer that would suit your need.

Here is the first site that pops up when I searched SIM slot for iPhone. This is how to open up the SIM tray and insert SIM card into the phone.

Just as an aside. I was impatient when I got my Public Mobile SIM and the kiosk worker didn't have an opener or a paper clip. I eventually found a staple on one of my receipts in the car. I removed it, straigtened it out and held one end with pliers. Just a little way in and the SIM card holder pops out. If that helps.
