I was impatient when I got my Public Mobile SIM and the kiosk worker didn't have an opener or a paper clip. I eventually found a staple on one of my receipts in the car. I removed it, straigtened it out and held one end with pliers. Just a little way in and the SIM card holder pops out. If that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
