      <description>Can i please get some assistance from sometime at public mobile? I have a private message in and it has been read but there is no response and the account still cannot receive calls. And cannot log in either. It's been days and days.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are transferring your number, try your old SIM. If it's working just use it unlti PM clears up your service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What they are saying is that your port is stuck in transition.&amp;nbsp; I know it is frustrating to be without a phone but I have had the smae issues when I was dealing witha&amp;nbsp; person in the store so it isn't just PM that has these issues the retail stores also have similar problems&lt;/P&gt;</description>
