      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/56365"&gt;@PEMM&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your self service account, under &lt;STRONG&gt;plans and add-ons&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, you can pick the &lt;STRONG&gt;lost/stolen phone&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab.&amp;nbsp; That will suspend your service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might need to private message a moderator to actually put the IME on the blacklist though.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
