    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, about a month ago i purchased a sim card and public mobile plan. &amp;nbsp;There was a mix up when the account on the public mobile site was created and i havent been able to login (incorrect password). &amp;nbsp;After unsuccessfully attempting to reset my password with the automatic password reset function, I was told to come here. &amp;nbsp;I messaged a moderator regarding the password reset on Monday and have yet to hear back from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
