      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to activate my sim card but was unable to port from Wind Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have entered my Account #. IMEI, Name, etc. when I press continue it gives me an error saying unable to port please contact Public Mobile Community for more info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Except this time just enter your account number (no spaces or dashes), alt number (e.g. home phone), name that is on your Wind account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure to check "I am authorize..." before entering any info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Exactly what &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16645"&gt;@Kaiyo&lt;/a&gt; said. The trick is to check the "I am the authorized owner" or whatever check box before entering any information. Works twice for me during Wind and Rogers ports.</description>
