I purchased a 4 Gig top up plan for my account that was to be active today, but it doesn't appear to be in my summary or working on my phone. How do I know if or when the data will be activated on my phone or plan?

When you say top up you mean you changed plans? I don't know of a 4Gb addon

There was a promotional 4Gig plan I guess I changed plans? But it is only showing my talk and txt $25 plan
