Hi,

I was wondering if the remaining balance of an add-on purchased is carried forward indefinitely or just for one month.

If you purchased say 200 minutes North American calling they stay with you until they are all used. They do not expire at the end of the current term you are on.

if it is the US Add-on it is a 10 day term from when you purchase it

Any non roaming related add on will have the remaining amount carried forward indefinitely.

Long distance add on is NOT roaming related.

Hey @jimmyche, I think you should remove your footer asking people for bravos and marked solutions. Either people give you them or not. Just be active daily and the rewards will come.
