Tried to activate my sim. Everything looked fine. I was able to choose a new number. When I hit the last button I got an error message saying my activation had failed. I tried doing it again but now it says invalid sim. Please help. How do I contact a moderator

Hi @anele26;

This will require a moderator to fix, and unfortunately they are way behind right now due to this promo, so won't likely get to you for several days. The good news is that PM has indicated that they will honour the promo even after the 20th for people in your situation, see http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Doing-wireless-different-has-its-ups-and...

What you should do at this point is send a private message to one of the mods, include the info as per this post http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/All-you-need-to-know-about-our-Communit...

You will need to be patient, but they will get to you.
