      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was doing my activation everything is fine until I finished credit card info and hit "activate" button. System feedback msg: "error 404, ****** removed". I tried to re-do the process again but the new PM SIM card is reported invalid. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
