If I change my plan do I lose my monthly credits? I have my autopay credit and a referral credit.

No, your rewards are attached to your account, not your plan. So as long as it's the same account you will have the same rewards with any plan. If you have a grandfathered plan this may not be the case

That will be a new plan. So you can change your plan in self-serve and keep your rewards.

@jp2 The magic date to be grandfathered is Jan 27/15.
